- Click here to setup your account or login to your existing account.
- Existing clients– you should receive confirmation by the end of the day. New clients–look for our welcome email as you will have a few more steps to complete, once we receive and review all required information your account will be ready to use for daycare, grooming and training. If boarding, you can setup your reservation by logging into your account. Remember; reservations are always booked and held with a non-refundable deposit. Deposit amount is 1/3 of the total or 1 day (whichever is greater). New customers must attend one full day of daycare/evaluation before booking your first boarding reservation. Check the calendar on the daycare page for availability.
- Don’t forget to send over current vaccines and monthly preventatives if they are expired (you can fax, email, text them or have your vet send them over) – view vaccine example here and preventatives example here Be sure to bring your dog’s food in a re-sealable container, labeled with name and feeding instructions for us to follow.
- Keep in mind the proper times for drop-off (7:30-9:30 AM) and pick-up (4:00-6:00 PM) 7 days a week excluding holiday closures.
